Role Summary
This is a dual-charter role built for a fast-moving founder's office. The right person will run the CEO's calendar, communications, and follow-ups with precision, while also owning day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for the founder's office and coordinating with the finance team on entity-level reporting. The role demands someone equally comfortable managing a boardroom invite and reconciling an expense sheet — organised, discreet, numbers-literate, and unflappable under a founder's pace.
Key Responsibilities — Executive Assistant
Own the CEO's calendar end-to-end: scheduling, prioritisation, conflict resolution, and proactive rescheduling.
Coordinate meetings across centres, investors, board members, and leadership — confirming attendees, agendas, and logistics.
Screen and triage incoming requests, emails, and calls; flag what needs the CEO's direct attention versus what can be delegated.
Track action items and follow-ups from meetings; chase closure with relevant stakeholders.
Manage travel planning, itineraries, and expense submissions for the CEO.
Maintain confidentiality on clinical, financial, and people matters at all times.
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and talking points ahead of investor and leadership meetings.
Keep a running log of key numbers, decisions, and commitments so they are at the CEO's fingertips on demand.
Key Responsibilities — Accounting
Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping: vouchers, invoices, receipts, and expense reconciliation for the founder's office.
Process and track vendor payments, reimbursements, and petty cash across centres.
Support monthly MIS closing by consolidating data and coordinating with centre managers and the finance team.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and CEO-linked expense accounts.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings in coordination with the CA/finance team.
Maintain organised, audit-ready financial records and documentation.
Prepare basic financial summaries and trackers for the CEO's review.
Who This Role Is For
2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, EA-cum-Accountant, or in a founder's office / accounts role, ideally in a healthcare, clinic chain, or fast-growing startup environment.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field; working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
Strong command of MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel and calendar tools.
Sharp attention to detail, strong number sense, and comfort handling confidential financial and clinical information.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to represent the CEO's office professionally with investors, doctors, and vendors.
High ownership, discretion, and the ability to keep pace with a fast-moving founder without needing constant direction.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
