Job Summary
Amrit Cement Limited is looking for enthusiastic and driven diploma engineers to join our techno-marketing team as diploma engineer trainees. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career at the intersection of engineering, construction, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the techno-marketing team in providing technical support to sales teams and channel partners.
- Participate in site visits, product demonstrations, and trial applications.
- Conduct and support basic site testing activities, such as:
- Slump Tests
- Cube Casting
- Cement Quality Tests
- Provide technical guidance to masons, contractors, and customers under supervision.
- Assist in mix design recommendations and product suitability assessments.
- Support investigation and documentation of technical customer complaints.
- Organize and execute mason meets, contractor meets, and technical awareness programs.
- Prepare technical reports, MIS, and site visit documentation.
- Coordinate with quality control and production teams for technical inputs.
- Continuously learn construction practices, cement applications, and industry standards.
Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Up to 1 year of experience in cement, construction, building materials, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Desired Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of cement and construction materials.
- Knowledge of concrete applications and site practices.
- Ability to perform basic site testing and documentation.
