Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Projects Engineer – HVAC to join our project execution team in Mumbai.
The candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, supervision, and coordination of HVAC projects involving VRF systems, AHUs, ducting, piping, and ventilation systems. The role requires strong site execution skills, technical knowledge, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to ensure projects are completed within the defined quality, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage HVAC project execution at various client sites.
- Execute and monitor installation of VRF systems, AHUs, ducting, piping, and ventilation systems.
- Prepare project execution plans and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor daily site progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Identify project risks, delays, material requirements, and manpower requirements and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians, supervisors, and site workforce for smooth project execution.
- Read, interpret, and execute work as per HVAC layout drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, customers, PMCs, and other project stakeholders.
- Take accurate site measurements for work certification, billing, and project documentation.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to daily and project-wise requirements.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the project site.
- Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.
- Ensure adherence to site safety procedures and company safety guidelines.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurement sheets, and other project documentation.
- Support the billing and invoicing process by providing required measurements, certifications, and supporting documents.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Resolve site-level technical and execution issues in coordination with the concerned teams.
Required Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or ITI in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC project execution.
- Candidates with experience working on HVAC projects in Mumbai or other metro cities will be preferred.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV system installation and execution.
- Good understanding of AHU installation and HVAC system integration.
- Knowledge of ducting and piping layouts and installation.
- Understanding of ventilation systems and their integration with HVAC projects.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Knowledge of site measurements, project documentation, certification, and billing support.
- Ability to plan manpower and coordinate site resources.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation
CTC: ₹5 Lakhs per Annum
