### Core Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Material Management
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods: drives, MCCBs, sensors, automation spares, panels, cables. Check for damage, part numbers, batch/serial codes.
- Maintain bin-wise storage system. Electrical items need ESD-safe storage, segregation of hazardous goods, proper racking for heavy panels.
- Update stock in ERP — SAP, Oracle, or Tally. Ensure physical stock matches system 100%.
- Handle FIFO for perishables like batteries, and traceability for warranty items.
2. Issue & Dispatch
- Issue material against job orders, project codes, or sales orders. Verify approvals before release.
- Pack and dispatch to sites, customers, or internal production. Coordinate with logistics for fragile/heavy items like control panels, drives.
- Prepare challans, gate passes, delivery notes. Ensure correct HS codes for B2B GST billing.
3. Stock Control & Compliance
- Conduct monthly cycle counts and quarterly full physical stock checks. Investigate discrepancies.
- Manage slow-moving, obsolete, and dead stock. Flag for sales scrap or return to vendor.
- Follow safety norms: PPE in store, fire safety for cable/oil storage, MSDS for chemicals/adhesives.
- Maintain calibration records for test equipment stored.
4. Documentation & Coordination
- Liaise with Purchase, Production, Service, and Sales teams. Confirm material availability for urgent site requirements.
- Maintain records for warranty returns, customer RMAs, and vendor claims.
- Support audits: ISO, customer, and internal. Ensure documentation is clean and traceable.

- Stock-out incidents on critical items = 0
- Order picking and dispatch TAT < 24 hrs
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
