We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Android App Developer & Sales Executive who can develop high-quality Android applications while also identifying business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and promoting our software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology and sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesAndroid App Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications using Java and/or Kotlin.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud-based services.
- Debug, optimize, and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
- Publish and update applications on the Google Play Store.
- Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control using Git.
- Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and technologies.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet potential clients and present mobile app development services.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the development team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Java, and Kotlin.
- Experience with Android Studio, Firebase, REST APIs, SQLite/Room Database, and Git.
- Understanding of Material Design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in Android app development and/or software sales.
- Freshers with strong Android development skills and excellent communication may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Flutter or React Native.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Experience in B2B software or IT services sales.
