Job Description – Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruitment & Onboarding)
Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Pune
Experience: 0–2 Years
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitating candidate selection, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment
- Understand manpower requirements from respective departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles as per job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Negotiate salaries and discuss employment terms.
- Generate offer letters and maintain recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Onboarding
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and document collection.
- Share joining instructions and company policies with selected candidates.
- Prepare onboarding documentation, employee files, and HR records.
- Coordinate with Admin and IT teams for workstation, email ID, and asset allocation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities, including forms, agreements, and compliance documents.
- Maintain employee database and onboarding trackers.
- Support new employees during the initial onboarding period.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Qualification
- MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, or any graduate degree.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or experience in Recruitment/HR Operations.
- Knowledge of HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Number of positions closed.

- Candidate joining ratio.
- Employee onboarding completion rate.
- Candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
