- Monitor following at supplier and ensure all documents’ available
- Approved Quality Control Plan / Inspection check, latest revision drawings, QAR, annexures, procedures List available for each PO with supplier
- Progressive compilation of document as per approved Quality Control Plan.
- Supplier is proceeding for next stage of production only after DCR / NCR disposition from L&T.
- Preparation of QAP/QCP, measurement plans, Coordination with vendor and field inspectors.
- All stages of inspection are offered to L&T-QC and TPI / Customer as per scope defined in QAP / QCP
- Jobs are dispatched with written clearance of L&T-QC with proper identification, ICS and ASN.
- Understand Quality requirements mentioned in drawing, specification, PO and QAR, QAP/QCP & ensure compliance
- Perform physical inspection as per drawing & ensure inspection reports are maintained by vendors whenever required.
- Conduct/monitor inspection with approved latest revision of drawings. Verify calibration of instruments and ensure only calibrated instrument / machines / ovens are used. Instruments are in scope of vendors/manufacturer.
- Review and ensure QC clearance of all previous stages while releasing for next stages as per approved QAP/QCP, QAR, Annexures and drawings
- Monitor quality activities & status of job as per approved Quality Control Plan / Inspection Check List.
- Report Quality issues (if any) to L&T-QC with proper details.
- Coordination with all CFT team in L&T for resolving quality issues at suppliers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
