About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Process Coordinator (Runner) to support the Business Operations team by ensuring smooth coordination between dealerships, banking partners, customers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits, documentation, and process follow-ups to ensure timely loan processing and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with dealerships for timely collection and submission of loan documents.
- Visit dealerships, banks, RTOs, and other stakeholders as required to facilitate business operations.
- Ensure accurate collection, verification, and movement of customer and vehicle-related documents.
- Track loan applications and coordinate with internal operations, credit, and sales teams for timely processing.
- Follow up with stakeholders to resolve pending cases and documentation gaps.
- Maintain daily MIS and update the status of assigned cases.
- Support the Business Operations team in achieving turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lender guidelines.
- Handle operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of loan processing or documentation will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Operations, Banking, NBFC, Auto Finance, or Field Coordination.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
