Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 6-month contractual basis to spearhead our end-to-end recruitment process.
In this role, your sole mandate will be managing the talent pipeline. You will act as the crucial link between internal department heads and potential talent, driving the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding stages. If you are a recruiter who excels at finding the right talent, managing fast-paced hiring cycles, and facilitating smooth candidate transitions, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities1. Sourcing & Screening (Hiring)
· Talent Requirement Gathering: Coordinate closely with functional heads across departments (Sales, Operations, Programs) to understand active hiring needs and skill requirements.
· JD Creation: Design and draft clear, compelling, and accurate Job Descriptions based on the functional requirements of each team.
· Portal Management: Actively utilize job boards and recruitment channels (including Naukri.com, Indeed, and LinkedIn) to source high-quality resumes.
· First-Level Screening: Review resumes, conduct first-round screening calls to assess communication, alignment, and basic qualifications, and filter out mismatched candidates.
· Interview Scheduling: Coordinate calendar availability with department heads and schedule subsequent technical or functional interview rounds for shortlisted candidates.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
· Compensation Negotiation: Initiate and manage package negotiations with selected candidates, aligning expectations with internal company budgets.
· Offer Letters: Draft and dispatch formal offer letters and employment contracts to selected hires with accurate terms and clauses.
· Onboarding Support: Facilitate a structured onboarding experience for new joiners (interns, full-time staff, and contract-based trainers), ensuring all necessary pre-joining documentation is collected.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
· Experience:
o 1 - 2 years of dedicated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
o Freshers with relevant skills (e.g., exceptional communication skills, highly organized mindset, prior recruitment internships, or strong coordination skills) are also highly encouraged to apply.
o Experience recruiting for field-heavy startups, EdTech, or NGOs is a major plus.
· Hiring Expertise: Familiarity with or hands-on experience working with hiring portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn to fill both corporate roles and high-volume operations profiles.
· Contract Commitment: Ability to commit fully to a 6-month, on-site contract in Noida.
· Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to close offers efficiently.
o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for candidate interaction and JD writing.
o Highly organized, with strong scheduling habits and database discipline.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
