About the Role
We are looking for an experienced **Senior System Test Engineer** with strong expertise in PLC programming, motion control, industrial automation, and system testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, testing, commissioning, and validating industrial automation systems, with a strong understanding of motion control, robotics, servo drives, and fieldbus communication technologies.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and execute system tests for complete industrial automation solutions.
* Analyze functional and technical requirements to design comprehensive system test scenarios.
* Develop, review, and execute PLC-based system test cases.
* Test motion control and robotics-related PLC function blocks before product release.
* Program PLCs using Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Blocks.
* Configure and commission Servo Drives, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and Inverters.
* Develop and validate motion control applications for servo drives and multi-axis systems.
* Configure and commission PLC Backplane I/O and Remote I/O using industrial Fieldbus technologies.
* Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for machine automation and turnkey projects.
* Work on machine automation solutions involving robotics, drive groups, and multi-axis control systems.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-level issues during testing and commissioning.
* Collaborate with software, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
* Follow established testing processes, quality standards, and documentation practices.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.

Qualifications

* Candidates currently based in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune are preferred.
* Candidates with an immediate to 30-day notice period are preferred. Candidates serving up to a 60-day notice period may also be considered.
