- et up and operate conventional/CNC milling machines to manufacture prototype and development parts.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and process sheets.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Produce first-off samples and make dimensional adjustments as required.
- Perform precision measurements using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators.
- Work closely with Design, R&D, and Quality teams to implement engineering changes.
- Modify components based on design revisions and trial results.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per specifications.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure proper housekeeping (5S).
- Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Maintain machining and inspection records for prototype builds.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
