Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Marketing Executive to join our jewellery showroom. Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in marketing and customer engagement are welcome to apply.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting the jewellery showroom, generating customer enquiries, supporting marketing campaigns, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the jewellery showroom and its products through various marketing activities.
- Generate new customer enquiries through field marketing, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and showroom events.
- Visit potential customers, businesses, and local areas to promote showroom offers and products.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert potential customers into showroom visits.
- Promote special offers, new collections, festive campaigns, and showroom events.
- Support social media marketing activities, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Collect customer feedback and share market information with the management team.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Maintain records of leads, customer enquiries, follow-ups, and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer conversion.
- Achieve assigned marketing and lead-generation targets.
Eligibility & Skills
- Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Good convincing and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Tamil and English is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities.
