- Production Scheduling: Creating daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Material Planning: Coordinating with the stores and procurement teams to ensure an uninterrupted supply of raw materials and parts.
- Resource Allocation: Planning optimal machine loading and manpower distribution to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Monitoring & Control: Tracking manufacturing progress, identifying bottlenecks, and adjusting schedules to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Control: Managing stock levels to avoid material shortages while preventing excess capital from being tied up in unused inventory.
