Job Overview
Goalcryst is hiring Collection Executives for its Loan Recovery & Collection process in Jayanagar, Bengaluru.
The role involves making outbound calls to customers, following up regarding pending loan payments, communicating professionally, and updating customer and payment information in the system.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan recovery and collection.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate payment-related information.
- Maintain accurate call records and update payment details in the system.
- Achieve assigned performance and collection targets.
- Follow company processes and maintain professional communication.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass and above.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Age: 18–32 years.
- Good communication skills are required.
- Candidates fluent in Kannada, Telugu are preferred.
- Comfortable handling outbound customer calls.
Salary & Benefits
Freshers: ₹18,000 per month + PF + Performance Incentives
Additional salary benefits are available for experienced candidates.
