"Principal task and Responsibilities: 1) Planning & Coordination 2) Review & Oversight of Analytical Activities 3) Compliance & Laboratory Management 4) Cross-functional Support 5) Team Development & Resource Management Responsibilities: 1) Plan and organize analytical activities for assigned R&D and regulatory projects. 2) Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely execution of analytical tasks. 3) Review and approve Specifications (STP), Standard Test Procedures (STP), and analytical test methods for raw materials and finished products. 4) Analytical method development, partial method validation, and API verification activities as per regulatory expectations. 5) Ensure to follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory requirements within the analytical laboratory. 6) Ensure proper archival and documentation control for all analytical reports and laboratory records. 7) Monitor and ensure optimal utilization of laboratory instruments, equipment and manpower. 8) Provide analytical support to Formulation & Development, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Regulatory Affairs teams. 9) Participate in analytical budgeting and resource planning for new and ongoing projects. 10) Planning for New scientist for analyst qualification."
