Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive with strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel and capable of handling billing, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain customer and vendor billing records with accuracy.
- Generate invoices and reconcile billing data.
- Analyze logistics and operational data to prepare reports.
- Track shipment and operational performance.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, Dashboards, Charts, etc.).
- Support management with data analysis and performance reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive in the logistics, transportation, supply chain, or 3PL industry.
- Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
