We are hiring Telecallers for a Debt Collection process. The candidate should be confident in handling customers and capable of recovering outstanding payments through calls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers to follow up on pending payments
- Provide timely payment reminders
- Convince customers to clear outstanding dues
- Maintain daily call and recovery reports

- Fluency in Malayalam (Basic English/Hindi is a plus)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle pressure and targets
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (Collection experience preferred)
