Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Inspection & Testing
- Conduct inspection of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Perform routine quality checks and testing as per defined standards.
- Verify product specifications, dimensions, weight, appearance, and quality parameters.

2. Documentation & Records
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and quality logs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QC reports.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance requirements.

3. Non-Conformance Management
- Identify quality deviations and non-conforming products.
- Report quality issues to relevant departments.
- Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

4. Process Improvement
- Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Support implementation of quality systems and procedures.

5. Compliance & Audit Support
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSAI, or other applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Quality Management, or a Related Field.
- 1–3 years of experience in quality control (freshers may be considered for junior QC roles).
- Knowledge of QC tools, testing methods, and quality documentation.
