- Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries as per the delivery schedule.
- Ensure all Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) processes are completed before delivery.
- Verify that registration, insurance, invoicing, and other documentation are complete.
- Coordinate with the accessories and service departments to ensure vehicles are delivery-ready.
- Conduct vehicle handover and explain vehicle features, controls, warranty, and maintenance schedules to customers.
- Ensure all delivery documents are signed and filed properly.
- Maintain delivery records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Resolve customer queries related to vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with the RTO, finance, insurance, and logistics teams for smooth delivery operations.
- Ensure showroom delivery area is clean and presentable.
- Monitor pending deliveries and follow up to avoid delays.
Pay: ₹15,665.16 - ₹20,000.00 per month
