Assist in day-to-day IT operations and technical support
Provide basic troubleshooting support for hardware, software, and network issues
Help in system installation, configuration, and updates
Support the team in maintaining IT infrastructure and documentation
Assist in monitoring systems and resolving minor technical issues
Work closely with senior developers or IT team members to learn project workflows
