We are looking for an experienced, energetic and result-oriented Sales/BD professional to join our growing team in Bengaluru.
About Us
Auditing Bazaar is a Business & Finance Consultancy providing services related to Business Registration & Setup, Accounting, Audit & Assurance, GST & Taxation, ROC/Compliance, and other business support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through telecalling, networking, references, field visits and other channels.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable business, accounting, taxation and compliance services.
- Convert leads into paying clients and achieve assigned sales/revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings and negotiations and close sales.
- Maintain proper lead and client records and coordinate with the internal team for service delivery.
- Develop new business opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.
Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation.
- Experience in Business Consultancy, Finance, Accounting, Taxation or related services preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Proven ability to generate business and close deals.
- Existing client network/database will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to handle office and field sales activities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation & Work Mode
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives, based on experience and performance.
Work Mode: Full-time | Office + Field Sales
Location: Bengaluru
Part-time / Work-from-Home: Candidates who prefer part-time or WFH may also be considered on a commission basis against successful sales/business generated.
