Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Grando Solar is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and closing sales while building strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
- Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients and explain solar products and services
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Deliver product presentations and provide customized solar solutions
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and installations
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in field sales (solar/energy industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred)
