- Provide a warm, personalized welcome and escort guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in procedures and luggage handling.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest requests promptly and efficiently, including but not limited to dining reservations, transportation, entertainment bookings, and special arrangements.
- Offer and provide unpacking and packing services for guest luggage upon request.
- Coordinate and deliver in-room dining services, ensuring presentation and timing meet the highest standards.
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times, exercising utmost discretion.
- Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues to guest satisfaction and escalating when necessary.
- Coordinate seamlessly with other hotel departments such as housekeeping, concierge, front desk, and food & beverage to ensure all guest needs are met.
- Provide personalized wake-up calls and ensure morning routines are handled with precision.
- Offer shoe shining and light pressing services.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate and helpful recommendations.
- Ensure the guest's room is always in impeccable condition, coordinating with housekeeping for timely servicing and special requests.
