We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and hands-on experience in office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and facility-related activities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, vendors, and service providers.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and other administrative requirements.
- Monitor office infrastructure, electrical, plumbing, internet, AC, furniture, and other facility-related issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, service requirements, and invoices.
- Maintain records of administrative expenses, vendor details, contracts, and service agreements.
- Handle courier, dispatch, incoming and outgoing documents.
- Coordinate with various departments for administrative requirements.
- Support employee requirements related to ID cards, access cards, seating arrangements, and office facilities.
- Assist HR in employee engagement activities, meetings, events, celebrations, and other company programs.
- Maintain proper documentation and administrative records.
- Monitor attendance of security, housekeeping, drivers, and other support staff.
- Coordinate office transportation, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and other logistics when required.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the office premises.
- Coordinate with building management for maintenance, parking, security, and other common-area requirements.
- Support statutory and compliance-related administrative documentation as required.
- Assist management and HR with various administrative tasks and special projects.
- Ensure timely renewal of AMC, licenses, insurance, maintenance contracts, and other office-related agreements.
- Prepare regular administrative reports and MIS for management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Diploma in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration, facility management, or a similar role.
- Experience in an IT, Networking, Audio Visual, Engineering, or corporate environment will be an advantage.
