Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervising front desk agents, bell staff, and concierge, including training and scheduling.
Guest Relations: Resolving complaints, managing special requests, and ensuring a positive experience.
Operations Management: Overseeing check-in/check-out procedures, managing room inventory, and controlling cash transactions.
Administrative Duties: Preparing reports, conducting audits, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance.
Common Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front office, sometimes requiring 1-5 years depending on the property.
Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS), strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
