Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Financial Advisor to promote Fraction's fractional real estate investment opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for educating potential investors about the fractional ownership model, generating leads, conducting investment consultations, and helping clients make informed real estate investment decisions. The role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a passion for investment advisory and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential investors through calls, meetings, referrals, and networking.
- Explain Fraction's fractional real estate investment model and its benefits to prospective clients.
- Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Conduct presentations and investment consultations for potential investors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the investment process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and investment discussions.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and investment opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Financial Advisory, Investment Sales, BFSI, Wealth Management, Real Estate Sales, or related domains.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
- Basic understanding of investment and real estate concepts.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.

- Experience in investment products, wealth management, insurance, banking, or real estate sales.
