Position: Soft Skills & Spoken English Trainer
Location: Carnival Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi
Job Type: Work From Office
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging training sessions on Spoken English and Soft Skills.
- Improve students' communication skills, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Train students in personality development, presentation skills, public speaking, and workplace etiquette.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Identify students' learning needs and provide individual guidance and feedback.
- Conduct interactive activities such as group discussions, role plays, and mock interviews.
- Monitor students' progress and support them in achieving their learning goals.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective training delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in Spoken English or Soft Skills training will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
