- Supervise and manage laboratory staff and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with all laboratory regulations and safety protocols.
- Oversee the conduction and analysis of medical tests.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Coordinate daily laboratory activities and monitor performance.
- Provide training and support to laboratory personnel.
