Job Description
Arthcycle Labs is hiring a Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in branding, packaging design, social media creatives, and video editing for a personal care / cosmetic manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both static design.
Key Responsibilities – Graphic Design
- Design product labels, packaging artwork, cartons, and inserts as per cosmetic industry standards
- Create social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital ads
- Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and standees
- Develop e-commerce creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, website banners, and listings
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and vendors
Required Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects (basic to intermediate)
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory
- Knowledge of social media trends and content formats
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in FMCG / Cosmetics / Personal Care brands
- Basic product photography or videography skills
- Knowledge of Canva for quick social creatives
- Experience with digital marketing creatives and ad designs
Qualification & Experience
- 1–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer / Video Editor
- Any graduate or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field
- Portfolio is mandatory (design)
