We're looking for a results-driven Ads Campaign Specialist with at least 3* years of hands-on experience* in planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating quality leads and maximizing ROI across multiple advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage high-budget advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Plan and execute lead generation, conversion, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Optimize campaign performance through audience segmentation, A/B testing, bid strategies, and budget allocation.
- Analyze campaign metrics including CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates to improve performance.
- Implement tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google and conversion APIs.
- Create detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
Strong understanding of sales funnels, retargeting strategies, audience building, and conversion optimization.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Experience handling substantial monthly advertising budgets is preferred.
Google Ads and Meta certifications are an added advantage.
