About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in building fast, responsive, and visually appealing websites with a focus on clean code, performance, and user experience.
You will work on marketing websites, landing pages, product pages, knowledge bases, and web applications, collaborating closely with our design, SEO, and product teams.
Responsibilities
● Develop responsive, mobile-first websites with clean, maintainable code.
● Build modern user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
● Convert design mockups into high-quality, pixel-perfect web pages.
● Customize and maintain WordPress themes and templates.
● Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent performance across devices.
● Optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
● Create reusable frontend components and UI elements.
● Implement interactive features, animations, and smooth user experiences.
● Troubleshoot frontend issues, bugs, and layout inconsistencies.
● Continuously improve website performance, usability, and responsiveness.
● Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality projects.
● Follow coding standards, documentation, and version control best practices.
Required Skills
● 7+ years of professional frontend development experience.
● Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive web development.
● Strong experience with WordPress development and customization.
● Excellent understanding of CSS, including Flexbox, Grid, media queries, animations, and transitions.
● Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom WordPress themes.
● Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
● Strong knowledge of website performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
● Experience working with Git and modern development workflows.
● Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Preferred Skills
● Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
● React, Next.js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
● Basic PHP and WordPress theme/plugin customization.
● Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
● Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and analytics implementation.
● Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
● Experience with SaaS, B2B, or eCommerce websites.
