Key Responsibilities
- Drive Current Account acquisition through field sales activities.
- Conduct KYC verification and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
- Identify potential markets and develop strategies to expand customer base.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account opening and onboarding process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 1.5–5 years of experience in field sales / business development (preferably in banking or financial services).
- Strong knowledge of Current Account opening procedures and KYC norms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Local candidates from Chennai or nearby branch locations preferred.
