Key Responsibilities
Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on the site, organizing site facilities to meet project deadlines.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications and structural drawings.
Technical Supervision: Provide technical advice to subcontractors and resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or design flaws that arise during construction.
Health & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Surveying & Leveling: Set out, level, and survey the site, verifying accuracy before and during the construction process.
Resource Coordination: Monitor material inventory, schedule deliveries, and ensure that the right equipment and manpower are available when needed.
Reporting: Maintain detailed site logs, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to the Project Manager, architects, and clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) working as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction management role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage conflict resolution.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or walk for long periods and navigate uneven terrain in various weather conditions.
Pay: ₹10,875.55 - ₹35,000.00 per month
