Hiring: Remote Sales & Outreach Agents
AeroCapital Global Immigration is a Canadian immigration consulting firm based in the Greater Toronto Area and led by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB). We provide professional services for Canadian immigration matters, including Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, family sponsorship, study permits, work permits, visitor visas, LMIA applications, permanent residence, citizenship, and immigration appeals. Through trusted global partners, we also provide guidance on visa pathways to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as second-citizenship and residency-by-investment programs in the Caribbean and other countries.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the firm’s services through social media, professional networks, community outreach, and other appropriate channels.
- Identify prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
- Introduce potential clients to the firm and schedule consultations with the RCIC.
- Follow up with leads and maintain professional communication.
- Build relationships with local communities, businesses, and professional networks.
- Maintain accurate records of referrals and outreach activities.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Fluency in English and at least one relevant local language is mandatory.
- Strong communication, networking, and sales skills.
- Strong moral character, honesty, and professional integrity.
- Preference will be given to lawyers, law students, English-language instructors, travel agents, social media influencers, and other professionals with strong community or business networks.
Please note: This is a commission-based position only. No fixed salary is offered.
Agents must not provide immigration advice, assess eligibility, guarantee results, prepare applications, or collect client fees. All immigration advice and representation will be provided by the firm’s RCIC. All duties and conduct associated with this position will be governed by the applicable CICC requirements and guidelines for agents.
