The Metabolic Health Counsellor plays a dual role combining metabolic health counselling with consultative sales. This position involves understanding client health concerns, educating them on metabolic-based interventions, and converting qualified leads into personalized metabolic health programs through ethical, value-driven communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their health goals, metabolic challenges, and lifestyle concerns
- Explain metabolic health concepts and treatment programs in a clear, relatable, and persuasive manner
- Conduct initial consultations and recommend appropriate metabolic health plans based on client needs
- Convert leads into enrolled clients through trust-based, consultative selling (no hard selling)
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture long-term client relationships
- Address client objections by providing scientific rationale and outcome-focused solutions
- Coordinate with nutritionists, clinicians, and internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain CRM records, lead tracking, and conversion reports
- Achieve individual and team-based sales targets while maintaining ethical healthcare practices
Skills & Qualifications:
- Background BBA, MBA , Health Sciences, or Healthcare Sales
- Strong understanding of metabolic health, lifestyle medicine, and chronic disease management
- Excellent communication, counselling, and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate scientific and clinical concepts into client-friendly benefits
- Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
