Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Associate Emergency Management Consultant to join our Sydney team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality emergency management consulting and training services to clients across a range of industries, helping them strengthen their preparedness, response, and resilience capabilities. Working both independently and as part of our experienced EMS team, you will provide engaging, practical, and professional solutions tailored to client needs.

This full-time position may require regular interstate and intrastate travel, typically up to one week per month. As an Associated Emergency Management Consultant, you will deliver a range of consulting, training, and advisory services to clients across Australia. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging emergency procedures training for Wardens, Chief Wardens, and Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) personnel at client sites;
- Planning, facilitating, and evaluating evacuation exercises for buildings and workplaces;
- Conducting site inspections and audits and developing emergency management documentation for new and existing client sites;
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of consulting projects, including client onboarding, training coordination, service delivery, administration, and reporting;
- Providing technical emergency management advice and consulting support to clients;
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through professional and responsive service.
- A genuine passion for training, coaching, and helping others learn;
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions;
- An energetic, professional, and confident approach when working with clients;
- The ability to quickly learn new systems, legislation, and industry standards, with full training provided;
- A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset;
- Sound IT and computer literacy skills;
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence;
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship and the ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Check;
- A willingness to obtain a TAE (Training and Assessment) qualification if not already held.
- Previous training, facilitation, or public speaking experience;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
- Experience in emergency management, safety, compliance, consulting, or a related field will be highly regarded.
