We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern who wants hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
- Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment records.
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with day-to-day HR and recruitment operations.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Students, fresh graduates, or recent graduates from HR, Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or related fields may apply.
Preferred
- Prior HR, recruitment, or internship experience.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, or Naukri.
- Interest in talent acquisition and people operations.
- Preference may be given to candidates based in South India.
