Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to support the Human Resources and Administration functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee documentation, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
* Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
* Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
* Handle employee queries to HR related.
* Support the organization of meetings, events, and employee welfare activities.
Administration
* Manage office administration activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
* Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
* Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory records.
* Handle travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics when required.
* Manage housekeeping, security, and facility-related activities.
## Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in HR and Administration functions.
* Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative processes.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Experience with HRMS software is an added advantage.
