Job Description – Store & Dispatch Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store & Dispatch Executive to manage inventory, warehouse operations, stock movement, and dispatch activities in an FMCG/Food Manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely dispatches, proper material storage, and smooth coordination with internal departments and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities Store Management
· Maintain accurate inward and outward stock records.
· Handle inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
· Ensure proper storage and material handling as per FIFO/FEFO standards.
· Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or excess inventory.
· Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification.
· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the store area.
· Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material availability.
Dispatch Operations
· Plan and execute timely dispatch of finished goods.
· Prepare dispatch-related documents such as invoices, delivery challans, E-way bills, and transporter documents.
· Coordinate with transporters and logistics teams for smooth deliveries.
· Ensure proper loading/unloading and dispatch accuracy.
· Track dispatched goods and update delivery status regularly.
· Handle dispatch scheduling as per sales and customer requirements.
Inventory & Documentation
· Maintain ERP entries for stock inward, outward, and transfer transactions.
· Prepare daily stock reports, MIS reports, and dispatch reports.
· Ensure batch-wise and SKU-wise inventory tracking.
· Maintain proper documentation and filing of store records.
· Support internal and external audits.
Coordination & Compliance
· Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA, Accounts, and Sales departments.
· Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GMP, and safety standards.
· Assist in inventory reconciliation and audit activities.
· Follow company policies related to inventory control and warehouse management.
Required Skills
· Knowledge of store operations, inventory control, and dispatch processes.
· Experience in FMCG or Food Manufacturing industry preferred.
· Ensure proper batch segregation and stock rotation.
· Monitor inventory accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, ERP Next, Tally, or similar inventory software preferred.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Strong documentation and inventory management abilities.
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Qualification
· Any Graduate
· Additional certification in Stores, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain will be an added advantage.
