Key Responsibility:
- Assist the HR team in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Support the onboarding and induction process to ensure a seamless experience for new interns and employees.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR initiatives.
- Support attendance tracking, leave management, and other day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Help prepare HR reports, maintain recruitment trackers, and update candidate databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while handling sensitive employee information with professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional attitude.
- Good organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn HR processes and work in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to build a career in human resources.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
