Position Summary
HISPL is hiring a Manager – CGD Projects to lead third-party inspection activities for City Gas Distribution projects in the Ahmedabad/Nadiad region. The role requires strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, CGD sector inspection experience, and the ability to manage field teams, coordinate between clients, vendors, and inspectors, and independently handle client-facing responsibilities including billing follow-up and complaint resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate material inspection at vendor premises and at gas pipeline project sites
- Guide and manage field inspectors to ensure desired output and inspection quality
- Review inspection reports for technical compliance as per QAP
- Review and verify all supporting documents and photographs for completeness and accuracy
- Resolve customer complaints directly and independently
- Follow up on billing and payments with clients
- Generate new client business for the organization
- Act as the coordination point between Client, Vendor, and Field Inspector
- Deploy, guide, and monitor site inspectors/supervisors across CGD project locations
- Prepare progress and compliance reports for management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Mechanical Engineering preferred
- More than 10 years of experience in Third-Party Inspection, including at least 3 years of experience in a TPI office as a Co-ordinator
- Quality System Management (QSM) documentation experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of QAP, ITP, AQL, and applicable NDT methods
- Strong client coordination, billing follow-up, and complaint resolution skills
- Ability to manage multi-location field teams

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
