We’re looking for an Academic Counsellor who can convert interest into enrolments with clarity, confidence, and accountability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp & online leads
Conduct course counselling with clarity and professionalism
Explain course structures, fees, timelines, and career outcomes
Follow up consistently and convert leads into admissions
Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and reports
Coordinate with academic & marketing teams for batch planning
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Strong communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred)
Confident, persuasive, and people-oriented
Experience in education / training institutes is a big plus
Comfortable with CRM, WhatsApp, and follow-up systems
Goal-driven mindset with basic sales understanding
