About Us
Ellwinkz Sourcing Services Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing apparel manufacturing company specialising in premium denim and garment production for leading Indian and international fashion brands. We are looking for an experienced Production Merchandiser who thrives in a fast-paced factory environment and has strong expertise in denim manufacturing and washing.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end production merchandising from order confirmation through to final dispatch.
* Coordinate with buyers, vendors, production, quality, washing units, and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
* Prepare and manage Time & Action (T&A) Calendars and monitor critical production milestones.
* Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, washing, finishing, and packaging.
* Coordinate sampling, PP approvals, fit approvals, and production approvals.
* Work closely with the factory team to resolve production bottlenecks and maintain delivery schedules.
* Monitor production status daily and provide accurate MIS reports.
* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production.
* Liaise with external washing units to ensure wash development, approvals, and bulk production meet buyer expectations.
* Coordinate with planning and sourcing teams to ensure smooth production flow.
* Support costing discussions and order execution where required.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience as a Production Merchandiser in a denim garment manufacturing factory.
* Strong knowledge of:
* Denim garment construction
* Denim washing processes and approvals
* Production planning
* Fabric and trims coordination
* T&A management
* Experience handling buyer communications and factory coordination.
* Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes from sampling to shipment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple orders simultaneously. Current denim production roles commonly emphasise end-to-end order management, T&A calendars, washing coordination, factory follow-ups, and production reporting.
Preferred
* Experience working with domestic and export buyers.
* Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
