Job Description
We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing & Growth Executive to lead the marketing efforts for Caterpillar Care, a premium preschool and daycare located near Budigere Cross, while also supporting the marketing initiatives of an upcoming performance marketing audit and assurance firm.
In this role, you will be responsible for increasing the brand visibility, generating enquiries, and driving admissions for Caterpillar Care through both digital and on-ground marketing activities. You will create engaging social media content, manage online platforms, execute local promotional campaigns, and build relationships with nearby apartment communities to promote the preschool.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and conduct photo and video shoots at Caterpillar Care.
- Manage the Google Business Profile with regular updates, photos, and events.
- Update and maintain WordPress websites.
- Support SEO, blog publishing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Visit nearby apartments and residential communities to promote Caterpillar Care and generate admissions.
- Coordinate standees, posters, flyers, and other offline marketing activities.
- Use AI tools to improve content creation, marketing research, and campaign execution.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, and basic SEO.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Comfortable capturing photos and videos using a smartphone.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple marketing activities independently.
- Willing to travel locally around Budigere Cross for promotional activities.
