JOB DESCRIPTION
· Position: 3D Designer / Visualizer
Location: Puttur
Package: 4LPA to 6LPA
1. Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural visualization for real estate and construction projects.
The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, renderings, walkthroughs, and presentations to support design, marketing, and client approvals.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 3D Design & Visualization
· Develop 3D models and photorealistic renderings for:
· Residential projects (villas, apartments)
· Layout developments and plots
· Commercial spaces
· Any other industry related drawings
· Create interior and exterior visualizations
· Prepare 2D to 3D conversions from CAD drawings
2.2 Walkthrough & Presentation Outputs
· Design 3D walkthrough animations and flythrough videos
· Produce presentation materials for:
o Client meetings
o Sales & marketing brochures
o Digital campaigns and others
· 2.3 Project Coordination
· Coordinate with:
o Architects
o Structural engineers
o Sales and marketing teams
o Any internal or external teams as per requirements
· Ensure designs match approved drawings and site conditions
2.4 Concept Development
· Assist in design concept development
· Suggest improvements in:
o Space planning
o Elevation design
o Visual appeal
3. Software & Technical Skills
· Mandatory:
o AutoCAD
o SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender
o Lumion
o Photoshop
o Revit (basic knowledge)
o After Effects / Premiere Pro (for animations)
4. Experience Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
· Experience in:
o Real estate development projects
o Construction or architectural firms
· Portfolio showcasing:
o Exterior renders
o Interior designs
o Walkthrough videos
5. Key Competencies
· Strong visualization and creative thinking
· Understanding of construction drawings & building materials
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
· Good communication and teamwork
6. Educational Qualification
· Diploma / Degree in:
o Architecture
o Interior Design
o Civil Engineering
o Animation / Multimedia Design
7. Work Environment
· Office-based with coordination with project sites
· May require extended hours for project deadlines
8. Deliverables / KPIs
· Quality and realism of render outputs
· Timely delivery of 3D models and walkthroughs
· Accuracy with respect to drawings
· Contribution to project approvals and marketing effectiveness
9. Additional Requirements
· Knowledge of local design preferences and trends
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Willingness to revise designs based on feedback
