Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage daily accounting entries in Tally including:
- Sales & Purchase Entries
- Receipts & Payments
- Journal Entries
- Bank Transactions
- Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Generate MIS reports and assist management with financial analysis
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Handle GST returns and TDS calculations
- Manage PF/ESI compliance (if applicable)
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and year-end audits
Payroll & Documentation
- Oversee payroll processing (if required)
- Maintain employee records
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and accounting documents
- Maintain well-organized financial records
Coordination & Support
- Liaise with vendors, clients, banks, and internal departments
- Support senior management with financial planning and recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Speaking fluency in Hindi and English are mandatory
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
