Tema Leader Operations Retail– Artificial Jewellery Stores
Responsible for managing daily operations across 6 jewellery store locations with a team of 10–12 staff.
Ensures smooth store performance, strong customer service, secure inventory handling, staff supervision, and consistent brand standards. Oversees sales performance, rostering, reporting, and operational controls.
Time 10 am to 6:30
Some travel required for stores visits chandigarh location.**
