Ishwar Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and responsible BAMS Duty Doctor with experience in ICU and Critical Care to provide round-the-clock patient care in our partner hospitals. The candidate should be capable of managing critically ill patients under the guidance of senior consultants and following established ICU protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage ICU and critically ill patients.
- Perform initial patient assessment and stabilize emergency cases.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Assist consultants during ICU rounds and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow hospital infection control, safety, and clinical protocols.
- Handle emergency situations efficiently and escalate cases to senior consultants when required.
Eligibility
- BAMS degree from a recognized university.
- Valid State Medical Council registration.
- Experience in ICU, Emergency, or Critical Care will be preferred.
- Good clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and 24-hour duties.
