- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to optimize efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies.
- Ability to design scalable and secure cloud-based applications.
- Experience with automation tools and infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance tuning in cloud environments.
