Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Eye Glass Fitter to join our Lenstrack retail store in Indore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fitting, assembling, and adjusting eyeglasses as per prescription and frame specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fit and assemble optical lenses into frames with accuracy.
- Adjust frames for comfort and proper fitting for customers.
- Ensure lenses are scratch-free and properly aligned.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitting area and tools.
- Coordinate with the optometrist and sales team for order accuracy.
- Handle minor repairs and adjustments efficiently.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 12th pass; technical or optical fitting background preferred.
- Prior experience in optical fitting (1–3 years preferred).
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Customer-friendly attitude and good communication skills.
